A much quieter day with the highlights being a fly-through Dunlin and a Brambling; 1 Mute Swan, 121 Greylags, 5 Gadwall, a single Wigeon, 2 Shoveler, 19 Tufteds, Little Egret still present, 2 Sparrowhawks, 1 Kestrel, a Dunlin NE at 0850, ad Yellow-l-Gull, 2/3 Chiffchaffs, 10 Redwings south with a handful of Mipits & ‘alba’ Wags and a Brambling over the hide lane area which follows the first of the period at the south end of the res. yesterday.
