A good day; 3 Wigeon, 27 Tufteds, 4 Pochard, Little Egret, 159 Lapwings, ad Yellow-l-Gull, 2 Herring Gulls, 2+ Chiffchaffs. A Yellow-browed Warbler called three times just north of the Fisherman’s car park but frustratingly could not be seen or relocated. A Water Pipit was seen a couple of times in front of the main car park. Vis-mig at Highoredish was slow but productive with a Hawfinch and a Mealy Redpoll south the first Fieldfare SW.
