JMNR Moth Trapping – 14th September 2016

The moth trap was set up on the evening of 14th September adjacent to the hide bridge.

Dusky Thorn Ennomos fuscantaria – 1
Large Yellow Underwing Noctua pronuba – 19
Green Carpet Colostygia pectinataria – 1
Rivulet Perizoma affinitata – 1
Lunar Underwing Omphaloscelis lunosa – 2
Angle Shades Phlogophora meticulosa – 3

Also in the trap:  Limnephilus lunatus, Halesus radiatus (caddisflies), Red-legged Shield bug, Tipula paludosa (a cranefly).
