JMNR Moth Trapping 16 September 2014

The spate of warm nights continues giving another opportunity for moth trapping over 16-17th September night. Average temperature 14.5ºC, minimum 14ºC, Wind E B1.

3 Canary-shouldered Thorn, 2 Copper Underwing agg., 4 Green Carpet, 5 Large Yellow Underwing, 1 Square-spot Rustic, 1 Green Brindled Crescent, 2 Rosy Rustic, 1 Lunar Underwing, 1 Small Square Spot, 1 Yspsolopha sequella, 1 Mouse Moth.

Also in the trap a Sexton Beetle, Caddisflies and lots of ‘Daddy long-legs’!
