Thanks to Rod Key for the following:-
RED THROATED DIVER One was picked up grounded in a factory at Killamarsh on 14th Nov. Kept overnight in a cage and checked over the bird proved to be healthy and was released this morning-15th Nov-on Renishaw Lake but there was no sign of the bird after 11.00.a.m. This species has averaged about 1 record a year lately and this would be about the 44th County record if found acceptable-(the locality in Killamarsh may well be in South Yorkshire).
GLAUCOUS GULL The juv again roosted at Middleton Moor on 13/14th Nov.
