Small Magpie
The moth trap was set up on the path near the hide on the evening of the 23rd June and emptied the following morning at 6.30 am. 12ºC, B3 SW. Recorder N Mahadevan.
1 Brimstone moth, 1 Snout, 2 Green Carpet, 1 White Ermine, 1 Common Swift, 1 Small Magpie, 1 Middle-barred Minor.
(First record for Small Magpie Eurrhypara hortulata)
Adult and at least 4 juvenile Whitethroats.
